Childhood so often arrives and departs us, before we can even say farewell to the youthful opportunities of a summer evening on the swingset with our brothers and sisters. Yet, every year, snowfall comes and blankets our summer devices in a whitewash of stillness and purity. Look not at your childhood with an eagerness to return; rather, be thankful for His willingness to wash everything clean, so our swingsets in life are fresh and pure.
